摘要
膀胱小细胞神经内分泌癌(SCNECB)是相对罕见的膀胱癌变体,SCNECB伴有肉瘤样分化的尿路上皮癌亦是不常见的组织学变异,临床极罕见.且因其分化程度低,浸润和进展速度快,预后情况较差,缺乏明确的治疗方案.本文报道了1例膀胱SCNECB并伴有局部肉瘤样分化的患者,结合相关文献分析其临床表现、病理形态、免疫表型、治疗效果及预后情况,以提高临床医师对该病的诊治.
Abstract
Small Cell Neuroendorcine Carcinoma of the Bladder(SCNECB)is a relatively rare variant of bladder cancer,and SCNECB with sarcomatoid differentiation of uroyjelial carcinoma is also an uncommon histologic vari-ant,which is extremely rare in clinical practice.Moreover,due to its low differentiation,rapid infiltration and progres-sion,it has a poor prognosis and lacks a clear treatment protocol.In this article,This paper report a case of SCNECB of the bladder with localized sarcomatoid differentiation,and analyze its clinical manifestations,pathological morphol-ogy,immunophenotype,therapeutic efficacy,and prognosis in the light of the relevant literature,in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease by clinicians.
