Kidney cancer with skin metastasis is a relatively rare disease,with limited reports in domestic and for-eign literatures.This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with kidney cancer with scalp and scrotal metastasis admitted to Changzhi People's Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College in July 2023,reviewed relevant literatures and the clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of renal cell carcinoma with skin metastasis are discussed to improve awareness of the condition and reduce the likeli-hood of misdiagnosis in clinical practice..
