单孔腹腔镜经阴囊睾丸引降固定联合疝针治疗小儿中低位隐睾的临床疗效及安全性分析

目的:探讨单孔腹腔镜经阴囊睾丸引降固定联合疝针治疗小儿中低位隐睾的临床疗效及安全性.方法:选择石家庄市妇幼保健院于2023年1月至2024年1月收治的中低位隐睾患儿83例,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(42例)与对照组(41例).观察组实施单孔腹腔镜经阴囊睾丸引降固定联合疝针治疗,对照组采用传统腹腔镜手术治疗.比较两组患儿手术成功率、围术期指标、并发症、疼痛情况、美观度及患儿家属满意度情况.结果:两组手术成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间和术后住院时间短于对照组,术后3、12和24 h的VAS评分,并发症发生率,VSS评分均低于对照组,家属满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论:单孔腹腔镜经阴囊睾丸引降固定联合疝针治疗小儿中低位隐睾疗效显著,且安全性良好,疼痛轻,并发症少,美观度好,值得临床借鉴.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of single-port laparoscopic scrotal orchiopexy combined with the use of a hernia needle in the treatment of children with low-lying and moderate-lying cryptorchi-dism.Methods:A total of 83 children with low-lying and moderate-lying cryptorchidism treated at Shijiazhuang Ma-ternal and Child Health Hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were selected.The children were randomly assigned into two groups using a random number table:the observation group(42 cases)and the control group(41 cases).The observation group underwent single-port laparoscopic scrotal orchiopexy combined with a hernia needle,while the control group received traditional laparoscopic surgery.The surgical success rate,perioperative parameters,complications,pain levels,cosmetic outcomes,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:There was no statistically significant difference in surgical success rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter surgery time,and shorter postoperative hospital stay compared to the control group.The VAS scores at 3,12,and 24 hours postoperatively,complication rates,and VSS scores were all significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,with higher family satisfac-tion in the observation group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 of all).Conclusion:Single-port laparoscopic scrotal orchiopexy combined with a hernia needle is effective and safe in the treatment of low-lying and moderate-lying cryptorchidism in children.This technique results in less pain,fewer complications,better cosmetic outcomes,and higher family satisfaction,making it a valuable approach for clinical practice.
