超脉冲铥激光治疗肾盏憩室结石1例

摘要
肾盏憩室结石在泌尿系统疾病中较为少见,本文回顾性分析1 例采用超脉冲铥激光治疗肾盏憩室结石患者的临床资料,包括术前诊断、手术过程、术后恢复及随访情况.患者手术顺利完成,结石清除率高,止血效果好,术后恢复良好,未出现明显并发症.
Abstract
Renal calyceal diverticulum stones are relatively rare in urinary system diseases.This study retrospec-tively analyzes the clinical data of a patient with renal calyceal diverticulum stones treated with superpulse thulium la-ser,including preoperative diagnosis,surgical procedure,postoperative recovery,and follow-up.The surgery was successfully completed,with a high stone clearance rate,excellent hemostasis,and good postoperative recovery.No significant complications occurred.
