摘要
铥激光作为一种新型医用激光用于良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者的治疗,具有微创、止血效果好、术后并发症少及对性功能影响小的优点,逐渐被泌尿外科医生认可和使用.本文对铥激光治疗BPH的常用术式及临床应用优势、进展情况进行综述,提高泌尿专科医生对铥激光技术的认识,有助于铥激光治疗BPH术式的进一步推广和应用.
Abstract
Thulium laser,as a novel medical laser,is increasingly recognized and utilized by urologists for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).It offers advantages such as minimally invasive nature,excellent he-mostasis,fewer postoperative complications,and minimal impact on sexual function.This review summarizes the commonly used techniques and clinical applications of thulium laser in the treatment of BPH,as well as its recent ad-vancements.The aim is to enhance urologists'understanding of thulium laser technology,which will facilitate the fur-ther promotion and application of this treatment modality for BPH.
