摘要
铥激光即掺铥光纤激光(TFL),因为其更高的水吸收率以及脉冲波与连续波模式可轻松更换的物理学特性,为临床应用带来了更高效的软组织汽化切割的能力、泌尿系结石汽化消融的能力和更优异的止血性能.本文综述了铥激光的物理学特征原理,国内外设备生产罗列,以及其在泌尿系结石、良性前列腺增生、非肌层浸润性尿路上皮癌、肾癌及尿道狭窄等多种泌尿外科疾病中的临床应用和最新进展.
Abstract
Thulium laser,or thulium fiber laser(TFL),offers enhanced clinical applications due to its higher water absorption rate and the ease of switching between pulsed and continuous wave modes.These physical character-istics provide superior capabilities in soft tissue vaporization and cutting,vaporization and ablation of urinary tract stones,and excellent hemostatic performance.This review summarizes the physical principles of thulium laser,a list of domestic and international equipment manufacturers,as well as its clinical applications and recent advancements in various urological diseases,including urinary tract stones,benign prostatic hyperplasia,non-muscle invasive urotheli-al carcinoma,renal cancer,and urethral stricture.
