Error Correction Method for Multichannel Analog-to-Digital Converters
In this study,a time-interleaved analog-to-digital converter correction method that combines the analog and digital correction methods is introduced. This approach incorporates an analog clock adjustment circuit,a frequency domain error detection circuit, and a digital error correction method.Considering the complexity and shortcomings of the traditional time-interleaved correction methods,we propose an innovative correction method that combines the coarse correction of the analog circuit and fine correction of the digital correction method.Using the advantages of a simple structure, that is,stableness and robustness, the proposed method effectively distributes detected errors, achieves the precise matching of coarse and fine corrections, tracks error fluctuations with changes in frequency and temperature, and corrects channel errors induced by multi-channel analog-to-digital converters.
