The Routing Protocol for LLN(RPL),originally designed for static networks, still has many challenges in mobile scenarios,as the movement of nodes can lead to packet loss, energy loss, and other problems.A highly reliable mobile-aware RPL protocol(HRM-RPL)is proposed to improve link reliability and extend network lifetime.Firstly,a link quality detection mechanism with multi-indicator fuzzy logic is used to determine the movement of nodes to achieve reliable data communication.Secondly, two new timers are designed in the phase of mobile node switching parent node to realize active switching of node. Finally, the link quality, energy consumption and the number of hops are considered comprehensively to improve the optimal parent node selection mechanism of mobile nodes. At the same time,HRM-RPL implements the proposed mechanism on the premise of compatibility with the original protocol by modifying the retained fields of the control message. The simulation results show that the performance of the protocol is improved in the aspects of data transmission success rate, control cost and network lifetime.
