With the advancement of the"Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development of the Yellow River Basin"strategy, issues such as incomplete understanding, unsystematic protection, and insufficient utilization of heritage resources within the basin have emerged. This paper utilizes the CCSPM model,MCR model, and hierarchical analysis method to explore the construction of multi-level spatial heritage corridors from a basin perspective. The results indicate that there are a total of 5,917 heritage sites, concentrated in the main Yellow River basin in Shanxi,Shaanxi, and Henan provinces. The distribution pattern is characterized by an"overall aggregation, local dispersion, uneven distribution".The spatial extent of the heritage corridors is approximately 297,100 square kilometers, with a distribution pattern of"one main corridor and six sub-corridors".The distribution mode and form are determined by river characteristics, with prominent issues of spatial fragmentation, discontinuity, and heterogeneity. The core area is concentrated in the Sanjin—Guanzhong—Central Plains cultural heritage corridor, covering approximately 76,500 square kilometers and encompassing 2,846 heritage resource points, with a distribution pattern resembling the shape of a"人"character, clustering along the Wei River,Fen River, and Qin River.
