摘要

通过对印尼矿物化性能的分析,综合印尼矿化学成分和粒度组成可以看出,印尼矿是一种铁品位较低,二氧化硅、氧化铝含量高,有害杂质含量相对较高,粒度较粗的铁粉矿.在基准配矿条件下,分别进行了印尼矿代替国内鄂精矿和高铁粉矿的烧结试验.结果表明,在试验条件下,依次配用5 %,10 %,15 %的印尼矿代替国内鄂精矿和高铁粉矿,烧结速度、利用系数明显上升,但烧结矿转鼓强度降低,固体燃耗增加.印尼矿配比为10 %时,固体燃料配比在3.8 %~3.9 %为宜.印尼矿只能作为一种杂矿使用,其配比控制在10 %以内,对烧结矿质量影响不大.

Abstract

Through analyzing physical and chemical properties of Indonesia ore and synthesizing its chemical composition and granularity,it is concluded that Indonesia ore is an iron ore with low grade,high content of silica and alumina and harmful impurity,coarse granularity.Under the basic condition of ore blending,sintering experiments on replacing domestic Gaotie ore and Ejing ore by Indonesia ore were carried out.Results show that after replacing the domestic ores by Indonesia ore in turn with the proportion of 5 %,10 %,15 %,sintering speed and utilization coefficient were increased significantly,but tumbler strength of the sintering ores was decreased,and solid fuel consumption was increased.When the proportion of is Indonesia ore is 10 %,the suitable proportion of solid fuel is at 3.8 %~3.9 %.Indonesian ore can only be used as a kind of miscellaneous ore,its propotion should be not more than 10 %,which has little effect on the quality of sintering ores.
