确定烧结实际矿耗的试验研究

摘要
根据单矿种烧结和配矿烧结试验结果,对理论计算烧成率和实际烧成率进行对比,偏差可控制在2 ％左右,因此得出烧结矿的吨矿消耗可通过各原料烧损进行计算,并推算出了具体的计算公式.
Abstract
According to sintering test results of single ore and blending ore,theoretical calculation and actual firing rate were compared,the deviation can be controlled at about 2 ％.Therefore the consumption of one ton sinter ore can be calculated by burning loss of each raw material,and specific calculating formula was deduced.
