摘要

采用标准混合料透气性(JPU)检测装置,在装料杯底部篦条孔隙率不同的情况下,装料后测定负压与风量的关系.通过流体力学公式计算得出装料杯底部篦条孔隙率对透过料层风量影响的规律.结果表明,在一定负压下,随着篦条孔隙率的增大,透过料层的风量增加,但其增加幅度逐渐变缓,在孔隙率40 %以上基本稳定;在不同负压下,孔隙率达到50 %以上,孔隙率每增大1 %,通过料层风量增加量小于管道风量的0.5 %.

Abstract

Using standard mixture permeability (JPU) detection device,under the condition of different bar grate porosity in the bottom of charging cup,the relation between negative pressure and air volume after charging was determined.Laws of the bar grate porosity influencing on air volume through material layer were calculated by the fluid mechanics formula.Results show that under certain negative pressure,air volume through material layer increased with the increase of bar grate porosity,but the increasing range became slow.When the porosity was above 40%,the air volume maintained basic stability.Under different negative pressure,after the porosity reaching more than 50%,when the porosity increased by 1%,the increased air volume through material layer was less than 0.5% of the air volume through pipeline.
