摘要
对武钢1号高炉2016年3月28日中修开炉过程进行了总结,介绍了开炉配料与装料、送风操作、焦炭负荷、装料制度等工艺参数的调剂过程.高炉开炉历时43 h即恢复至正常水平,整个开炉进程顺利、快速、安全,为武钢今后的开炉操作积累了实践经验.
Abstract
The process of blow-in after intermediate overhaul of No.1 blast furnace in WISCO on March 28,2016 was summarized.Adjusting processes of technical parameters such as batching and charging,air delivery operation,burden ratio,charging system of the blow-in operation were introduced.It merely took 43 h for blow-in before returning to the normal level of blast furnace.The smooth,quick and safe blow-in process has accumulated some experiences for the future blow-in operation in WISCO.
