摘要
对KR脱硫剂中萤石粒度,KR脱硫站下料管相对倾角、下料速度对KR脱硫剂消耗的影响进行了分析,通过增大萤石粒度,调整下料管倾角,缩小下料管直径等措施,脱硫剂消耗由0.281 kg/t下降到0.220 kg/t以下.
Abstract
Particle size of fluorite in KR desulfurizing agent,influences of relative dip angle and blanking velocity of blanking pipe of KR desulphurization station on KR desulfurizing agent consumption were analyzed.By measures such as increasing particle size of fluorite,adjusting dip angle of blanking pipe,and reducing the diameter of blanking pipe,desulphurization agent consumption was decreased from 0.281 kg/t to 0.220 kg/t.
