摘要

分段截取钙铁包芯线进行制样,采用硝酸和盐酸溶解试料,以ICP-AES法测定钙和铁等主量元素,分析该方法的主要条件及效果.进行了试样溶解用酸条件选择,光谱分析谱线选择及干扰校正等试验,在最佳试验条件下,采用本法对同一试样中的钙和铁元素含量进行11次平行测定,得出相对标准偏差为0.22%~0.43%,回收率为99.2%~99.4%.该方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,并具有快速、高效等优点,能满足科研及生产中的测量要求.

Abstract

The calcium iron cored wire was intercepted by segment and dissolved in nitric acid and hydrochloric acid,contents of its major elements as Ca and Fe were measured by ICP-AES,main conditions and effect of the measuring method were analyzed.Experiments such as condition selection of the acid used for dissolving samples,spectral line selection in spectrum analysis and interference correction were made.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the contents of Ca and Fe in the same sample were measured for 11 times parallelly by the method.Results show that relative standard deviation was between 0.22 %~0.43 %,recovery ratio was between 99.2 %~99.4 %.The method is with high accuracy and precision and has dadevantges of fast and efficient,which can meet the measurement requirements of scientific research and production.
