摘要
介绍了焦炭高温热性质测定装置的特点以及主要功能,并通过应用建立了焦炭起始反应温度的测定方法,可以用来表征高炉热储备区的开始温度,指导高炉生产.通过对焦炭在不同温度下的反应速率的测定,发现随着混合反应气体中CO2比例增加,焦炭反应速率呈增加的趋势;随着反应温度增加,焦炭反应速率呈增加的趋势;反应温度越高,随着CO2比例增加,焦炭反应速率增加越快;在CO2比例较低时,不同反应温度下的焦炭反应速率都不大,但当CO2比例达到50 %时,焦炭反应速率随温度升高而明显提高,从0.43 g/min提高到2.00 g/min.
Abstract
Characteristics and major functions of the device for measuring high temperature thermal properties of coke were introduced.Determining method of initial reaction temperature of coke was established by the application.It can be used to characterize the starting temperature of blast furnace heat reserve area and guide the blast furnace production.Through determining the reaction rate of coke at different temperatures,it was found that with the increase of the proportion of CO2 in the mixed reaction gas,the reaction rate of coke increased;with the increase of reaction temperature,the reaction rate of coke increased;the higher the reaction temperature,with the increase of CO2 proportion,the reaction rate of coke increased faster;When the CO2 proportion was low,the reaction rate of coke at different reaction temperature was not large,but when the CO2 proportion reached 50 %,the reaction rate of coke increased obviously with the increase of temperature,from 0.43 g/min to 2.00 g/min.
