摘要

针对轧钢现场板坯加热过程中对多点测量升温曲线的需求,设计了以MSP430F149单片机为核心的多路实时数据采集存储系统,利用单片机内部的ADC转换模块,结合外部传感器和变送单元,实现了板坯升温过程多点温度数据的采集,并将数据以文本的方式存储在外部SD存储卡中,用于结合材料特性进行工艺过程分析.该系统具有硬件电路简单、功耗低、工作稳定、可移植性强等特点,可广泛用于各种多路温度信号的数据采集.

Abstract

According to measuring requirement of multi-point temperature curve during the slab heating process in steel rolling site,multi-channel real-time data collection and storage system with the core of MSP430F149 microcontroller was desgined.Using ADC conversion module in the microcontroller and combining with external sensors and transmitter unit,multi-point temperature datas collection of slab heating process was realized,and the datas were stored in the external SD memory card with the form of text,which could make process analysis with the material properties.This system has the advantages of simple hardware circuit,low power consumption,stable operation,strong portability and so on.It can be widely used in data collection of various multi-channel temperature signals.
