摘要
对4MSGEP7/15型氮气压缩机转子在生产运行中出现的振动问题进行分析,针对氮气压缩机的高、低速齿轮轴和叶轮组件实施了高速动平衡技术方案,取得了显著的减振效果,对于进口齿轮轴国产化具有一定参考意义.
Abstract
4MSGEP7/15 nitrogen compressor rotor vibration problem appearing in production operation process were analyzed.On-site high-speed dynamic balancing technology solution was put forward for the high-speed,low-speed gear shaft and impeller components of the nitrogen compressor.Finally remarkable vibration reduction effects were made,which has certain reference significance for localization of imported gear shaft.
