摘要
对牙轮钻头牙爪轴颈失效部位进行宏观、微观形貌分析及金相组织分析,认为牙爪轴颈在使用过程中产生塑性变形和疲劳磨损,造成滚柱卡死,从而导致牙轮钻头失效.通过等离子合金化强化工艺,提高了牙爪轴颈的抗回火软化性能和接触疲劳强度,有效延长了牙轮钻头的使用寿命.
Abstract
Macroscopic,microscopic morphology and microstructure of the failure part of roller bit journal were analyzed.It was concluded that the roller getting stuck was caused by plastic deformation and fatigue wear of the journal,which resulted in the failure of roller bit.Anti-tempering softening property and contact fatigue strength of the journal were improved by plasma alloy strengthening technology,thus service life of the roller bit was effectively prolonged.
