摘要

试验合成了泡沫性能良好的新型耐低温PDS-18阳离子捕收剂,并且用于反浮选硅酸盐类矿物,取得了良好的浮选指标.用十二胺和PDS-18作为组合捕收剂对武钢磁铁矿进行反浮选试验,试验结果显示,PDS-18具有良好的捕收能力和消泡性,在不同温度下药剂的浮选性能较稳定.对武钢磁铁矿进行反浮选试验,试验结果显示,当原矿品位为54.46 %,十二胺用量为50 g/t,PDS-18用量为250 g/t时,得到精矿品位60.34 %,回收率为81.20 %,选矿效率为30.79 %的优良指标.同时在相同捕收剂用量的试验条件下,用PDS-18与十二胺进行消泡试验,试验结果显示,PDS-18泡沫产生量明显小于十二胺,泡沫消除的速率也远高于十二胺.

Abstract

In this experiment, PDS-18 cationic collector was synthesized and used for reverse flotation of silicate minerals,it made good indicators of flotation.Reverse flotation of magnetite in Wuhan Iron and steel company by using twelve amine and PDS-18 as collector.The experimental results show that PDS-18 has good collecting ability and defoaming ability.Under different temperature conditions, the flotation performance was stable.The experimental results show that when the ore grade was 54.46 %, the dosage of twelve amine was 50 g/t, and the dosage of PDS-18 was 250 g/t, achieved the good processing efficiency indicator as iron ore grade was 60.34 %, recovery rate was 81.20 %, beneficiation efficiency was 30.79 %.At the same producticity with dodecylamine,The experimental results show that the yield of PDS-18 foam was significantly less than that of twelve amine, and the rate of foam elimination was much higher than that of the twelve amine.
