澳洲高变质焦煤与低变质煤种间的交互效应研究

摘要
通过高变质焦煤和中等变质焦煤参与炼焦对比试验研究发现,配入澳洲某矿高变质焦煤所得焦炭实测粗粒镶嵌、中粒镶嵌和不完全纤维结构比计算值增加,细粒镶嵌和完全纤维结构比计算值减少,试验所得焦炭冷、热态强度均较优;配入河南某矿中等变质焦煤所得焦炭实测光学组织粗粒镶嵌结构低于计算值,中粒和细粒镶嵌结构增加,冷、热态强度均低于配入澳洲某矿高变质焦煤所得焦炭.从而得出,不同变质程度的镜质组进行伍配炼焦时存在明显的交互反应,大尺寸各向异性结构单元和小尺寸各向异性结构单元反应后存在向中间尺寸各向异性结构单元转化的现象.炼焦用煤的选择在考虑各单种煤煤质的同时,应关注各煤种间的交互效应对焦炭强度的影响.
Abstract
The coking contrast test was done between high metamorphic coking coal and middling metamophic coking coal.The study showed that when high metamorphic coking coal from a Australia mine was used,the measured values of coarse-grained Mosaic structurd,medium-grained structure and imperfect fiber structure were higher than the calculated values,the value of fine-grained mosaic structure and perfect fiber structure were lower than the calculated values,the cold and hot state strength was good.When middling metamorphic coking coal from Helan was used,the measured values of coarese-grained structure were lower than the calulated values,the medium-grained and fine-grained structure was increased,the cold and hot state strength was lower than that of high metamorphic coking coal from a Australia mine.It was found that there was a obvious interaction response between the vitrinite groups with different metamorphic degrees.Large and small sizes of anisotropic structure unit convered to the middle size unit after the reaction.It was pointed out that not only single coal quality but also the influence of the interaction effect between types coal on the strength of coke should be considerated at choicing coking coal.
