摘要
对武钢8号高炉提高块矿比生产实践进行总结.通过探索合理的上下部调剂制度,控制合适的炉温及炉渣碱度,加强管理,保持了稳定顺行,将块矿配比提高至16 %,取得了较好的经济效益.
Abstract
The measures in practice of raising lump ore ratio in No.8 blast furnace of WISCO were summarized, according to explored the upper and lower part of reasonable adjustment system, the furnace temperature and furnace slag basicity was controled properly, stable operation condition to strengthen management, improve the ore ratio to 16%, has achieved good economic benefits.
