摘要
6号高炉开炉后由于设备及原燃料变化,炉身出现粘结,高炉经过调整制度,改善炉缸活跃状况,降低冷却强度等措施,较快清掉渣皮,使高炉炉况恢复正常,通过加强日常炉型维护,高炉技术经济指标得到优化.
Abstract
Duo to the change of equipment and raw material, the bonding was appeared on the furance body in No.6 Blast Furance of Wuhan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.By adusting burden distribution matrix ,improving hearth working conditions,reducing the cooling intesity,the slag of burden distribution matrix was qucikly cleared off,furance conditions was renewed.By strengthening daily operation management of furance ,the technical indexes was optimized.
