摘要

高炉冷却壁在生产制造中产生应力,对其使用寿命有不利影响.通过采取自然时效或退火处理的方法以消除其残余应力,在安装时减少产生应力的集中都是必要的技术措施.采取这些措施处理冷却壁后,对其进行应力测试,结果完全符合技术要求,得到了较理想的效果,为生产制造安装类似的高炉冷却壁提供了实践经验.

Abstract

The blast furnace cooling stave was generated the stress in making.The stress has been eliminated by losing efficacy or annealing ,and it has been reduced concentrating of the stress in installing.It reduced the stress by using this measurement through testing the stress ,and it fitted the requiring of the technology.Perfect result has been gained by using this measurement of reducing the stress.It offeres practical experience to manufacture the same components of the blast furnace cooling stave.
