摘要

武钢某厂通过细化晶粒和细晶强化开发了控轧控冷钢筋生产工艺,逐步批量生产控轧控冷钢筋,但生产中主要存在易堵钢和不便于标准化操作2大难题.通过严格执行开炉确认制、调整入口导槽开口尺寸、优化水阀开启方式、匹配剪前夹送辊速度等技术措施,堵钢次数由平均8次/月减少至2次/月,大幅减少了工艺故障时间,提高了轧机作业率和班产量.将控冷温度由人工监控改为计算机自动监控、设计带刻度盘的支管球阀方便在线调整和精确控制水量、优化工艺参数及修改技术操作规程,利于标准化操作.

Abstract

The production process of controlled rolling and controlled cooling steel bar was developed by refining grain and fine grain strengthening in a certain steel plant of WISCO.However, there are two main problems in production, which are easy to block steel and not easy to standardize operation.Through the strict implementation in the confirmation system, adjust entrance guide groove opening size and optimize the water valve open, cut, before the pinch roll speed and other technical measures, the number of times of blocking steel is reduced from 8 times per month to 2 times per month, which greatly reduces the time of failure and improves the operation rate and output of the mill.The controlled cooling temperature by manual control into automatic computer monitoring, designing the branch ball-valve with dial in order to adjust on-line and control of water,optimizing process parameters and technical operation procedures, which is beneficial to the standardization of operation.
