摘要
分析了0Cr23Ni13炉底板的焊接性,介绍了其焊接修复过程,选择合理的焊丝ZY310,采取气体保护焊,采用小线能量,小电流小规范焊接,在连续退火条件下使用半年后,炉底板没有出现裂纹,效果满意.
Abstract
The weldability of furnace bottom plate of 0Cr23Ni13 was analyzed.The welding repairing process of the furnace bottom plate was also introuduced.Under continuous annealing conduction ,the perfect result has been gained and there was no crack on the furnace bottom plate by choosing reasonable welding wire ZY310,taking gas shield welding,using small line energy,small current and small specification welding.
