摘要

针对热轧厂生产和维护过程中层流冷却中开关阀开度不稳定,流量不稳定导致卷曲温度(CT)精度不高的问题,把对应的开关阀换型成阀门定位器,并且对检修维护流程进行了优化,优化后系统运行稳定,CT精度得到了提高.

Abstract

Switch valve opening was not stable, which leaded to low accuracy of CT in the production and maintenance of hot rolling mill process.In order to solve the problems, the switch valve was changed into valve positioner and the maintenance process of the power cooling equipment were optimized.After optimization, the system runed stably and the accuracy of CT was improved.
