微博道歉回应的语用研究

虽然语用学和话语研究对道歉关注已久,但是对道歉回应的研究却相对较少.本研究基于信任违背框架,探究网民回应名人公开道歉时语用策略的选择,聚焦道歉者性别和信任违背类型对网民使用回应策略的影响.本研究依据评论热度收集网民的微博回评,共选取400条道歉回应语料.研究发现,道歉者性别和信任违背类型显著影响网民对回应策略的选择和使用."间接确认"是回应男性名人的首选策略,"回避道歉"是回应女性名人的首选策略.回应能力型信任违背道歉时,网民呈现出"直接接受"或"拒绝接受"的两极化倾向.针对正直型信任违背道歉,网民的态度则较为模糊.本研究深化了对道歉及其回应的探究,为社交媒体交际的语用探索提供了新的视角,对汉语新媒体网络交际研究具有重要的启示意义.
Abstract
Although apology is a popular research topic in pragmatics and discourse research,apology response has received little attention.Based on trust violation framwork,this study investigates the employment of pragmatic strategies when netizens responding to celebrities'public apologies specifically focusing on the effects of apologist gender and trust violation types on the apology response strategies.This study collected a corpus of 400 Weibo apology responses from netizens according to the popularity of comments.The results showed that apologist gender and trust violation types significantly influenced the apology response strategies."Acknowledgment"was a preferred response strategy for male celebrities,and"evasion"was a the preferred response strategy for female celebrities.When responding to a competence-based trust-violation apology,the netizens showed a polarized preference for"acceptance"or"rejection",while they showed more ambiguous attitudes towards an integrity-based trust-violation apology.This study deepens the inquiry into apologies and their responses,provides a new perspective for the pragmatic exploration of social media communication,and has important implications for the study of Chinese New Media network communication.
