The optical experiments of wave-particle duality demonstrates that human observation can alter the objective world.Considering the time axis and technological development as dynamic coordinates,the same literary works manifest the duality of science fiction or reality.The examples of the double-slit experiment extracted in this paper are as follows:the acceleration beginning narration in Bei Dao's Wave in 1974,the one-minute train stopover in Oh,Xiangxue by Tie Ning in 1982,and the"PHS fever"in the TV series"Hurricane"from 1996.In 2022,The collective consciousness of"Home"in Jlames Cameron's Avatar 2:The Way of Water,the popular communication mode of TV series Three-Body in 2023,and the ordinary life track of Evelyn(Michelle Yeoh),the middle-aged woman in Everything Everywhere All at Once in the Asian community.The former embodies sci-fi within realism;The latter's sci-fi works reflect a realistic style.Liu Cixin and Zhao Shuli's character portraying the"individual group image"collectively create a"materialized"character tension.Wave-particle duality,disrupting the uncertainty of essentialism and binary opposition thinking,has inspired comparative perspectives and interdisciplinary cultural studies,including the humanities.
