摘要

多丽丝·莱辛的短篇小说《十九号房》表面上看表达的是苏珊不堪来自家庭和社会的重负,以死亡来追求自由的故事,但它进一步体现的是象征暴力对家庭生活的影响.在小说中,女性的生存境况受制于男性主宰的象征暴力;与此同时,男性也在这套社会规则的制约和压迫下,陷入"无意识期待"的境地之中.在此基础上,本文探讨象征暴力下性别未来的发展道路,并对性别研究提供一些思考.

Abstract

Doris Lessing's"To the Room Nineteen"is ostensibly a story that expresses Susan's pursuit of freedom through death,but it further embodies the impact of symbolic violence on family life.In the story,the situation of women is subject to the symbolic violence of male dominance.At the same time,men are also constrained and oppressed by this set of social rules,falling into the situation of"unconscious expectations".On this basis,this paper discusses how the future de-velopment of gender under symbolic violence,and provides some thoughts on gender studies.
