半夏白术天麻汤治疗老年女性高血压患者的临床效果

摘要
目的 探究半夏白术天麻汤治疗老年女性高血压患者的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年 4 月至2023 年4月德州市陵城区中医院收治的112 例老年女性高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=56,口服卡托普利治疗)和联合组(n=56,在对照组基础上口服半夏白术天麻汤治疗).比较两组血压水平及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,联合组 24 h 收缩压、24 h 舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 半夏白术天麻汤治疗老年女性高血压患者可降低血压水平,减少不良反应,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of elderly female hypertension patients.Methods A total of 112 elderly female hypertension patients in Lingcheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dezhou City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=56,treated with Captopril)and the combination group(n=56,treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method.The blood pressure level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the 24-hour systolic blood pressure and 24-hour diastolic blood pressure in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in elderly female hypertension patients can reduce the blood pressure level and adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
