补肝益肾汤联合耳穴压丸治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征的临床效果

摘要
目的 探究补肝益肾汤联合耳穴压丸治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征的临床效果.方法 选取2019 年1月至 2022 年1月于海淀区北安河社区卫生服务中心妇科治疗的 80 例肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40 例.观察组采用补肝益肾汤联合耳穴压丸治疗,对照组采用补肝益肾汤治疗.比较两组中医证候积分和性激素水平.结果 治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组促卵泡激素水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 补肝益肾汤联合耳穴压丸治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征可有效改善症状,调节性激素水平,临床推广价值高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bugan Yishen Decoction combined with auricular point pressure pill in the treatment of climacteric syndrome with liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods A total of 80 climacteric syndrome patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency type treated in Beijing Haidian District Beianhe Community Health Service Center from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Bugan Yishen Decoction combined with auricular point pressure pill,while the control group was treated with Bugan Yishen Decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and the levels of sex hormone of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of follicle stimulating hormone in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of estradiol in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bugan Yishen Decoction combined with auricular point pressure pill can improve the symptoms and adjust the level of sex hormone,and has high clinical value.
