银翘汤加减治疗女性急性扁桃体炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 探究银翘汤加减治疗女性急性扁桃体炎的临床效果.方法 选取济南市济阳区垛石街道办事处社区卫生服务中心 2021年1月至 2023 年1月治疗的140 例女性急性扁桃体炎患者作为研究对象,采用单双号分组法分为对照组和分析组,每组各 70 例.对照组采用常规治疗,分析组在对照组基础上采用银翘汤加减治疗.比较两组炎症因子水平、临床症状消失时间及临床疗效.结果 治疗后,分析组各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),各项临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 银翘汤加减治疗女性急性扁桃体炎可降低炎症因子水平,缩短临床症状消失时间,提高临床疗效,值得普及.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Yinqiao Decoction in the treatment of female patients with acute tonsillitis.Methods A total of 140 female patients with acute tonsillitis treated in Duoshi Street Office Community Health Service Center of Jiyang District in Jinan City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the analysis group by the single and double number grouping method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the analysis group received modified Yinqiao Decoction on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the analysis group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the analysis group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the analysis group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified Yinqiao Decoction in the treatment of female patients with acute tonsillitis can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy,which is worthy of popularization.
