摘要
目的 探究盐酸米诺环素结合替硝唑治疗女性牙周炎患者的临床效果及对牙周指数的影响.方法 选取 2019 年1月至 2022 年12 月济南市章丘区口腔医院治疗的150 例女性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 75 例.对照组采用盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组采用盐酸米诺环素结合替硝唑治疗,比较两组治疗效果与牙周指数.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组牙周指数包括出血指数、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、探诊深度均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 盐酸米诺环素结合替硝唑治疗牙周炎与单一药物治疗比较效果更佳,可改善牙周指数,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride combined with Tinidazole in the treatment of female patients with periodontitis and its impact on periodontal index.Methods A total of 150 female patients with periodontitis admitted to Jinan Zhangqiu District Stomatological Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received Minocycline Hydrochloride,and the observation group received Minocycline Hydrochloride combined with Tinidazole.The treatment effect and periodontal index of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal indexes including bleeding index,plaque index,gingival index,and probing depth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Minocycline Hydrochloride and Tinidazole is more effective in the treatment of periodontitis compared with the single drug treatment,and can improve the periodontal index,which is worth promoting.
