摘要
目的 探讨改良包皮环切术治疗儿童包皮过长或包茎的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年1月至2022 年12 月云南省曲靖市第一人民医院收治的 268 例包皮过长或包茎患儿,根据不同治疗方法分为传统组(n=130)与改良组(n=138).传统组采用传统包皮环切术治疗,改良组采用改良包皮环切术治疗.比较两组手术相关指标、治疗费用、术后并发症发生情况及阴茎外观满意度.结果 改良组各项手术相关指标均优于传统组,治疗费用低于传统组(P<0.05).改良组术后出血、感染、包皮畸形发生率均低于传统组(P<0.05).改良组满意率高于传统组(P<0.05).结论 改良包皮环切术治疗儿童包皮过长或包茎的临床效果较好,可有效缩短手术时间、术后疼痛持续时间、伤口愈合时间,减少术中出血量、治疗费用及术后并发症的发生,提高阴茎外观满意度,临床可推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified circumcision in the treatment of children with redundant prepuce or phimosis.Methods A total of 268 children with redundant prepuce or phimosis treated in the First People's Hospital of Qujing City,Yunnan Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the traditional group(n=130)and the modified group(n=138)according to different treatment methods.The traditional group was treated with traditional circumcision,and the modified group was treated with modified circumcision.The indexes related to surgery,treatment cost,postoperative complications and penile appearance satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes related to surgery of the modified group were better than those of the traditional group,and the treatment cost of the modified group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative bleeding,infection and foreskin malformation in the modified group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the modified group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of modified circumcision in the treatment of children with redundant prepuce or phimosis is good,which can effectively shorten the operation time,postoperative pain duration,wound healing time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,treatment cost and postoperative complications,improve the satisfaction of penile appearance,and can be popularized in clinic.
