摘要

目的 探讨维生素D联合饮食营养干预在矮小症儿童中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年 3 月至2021年 8 月江南大学附属儿童医院儿童保健科收治的110 例矮小症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55).对照组予以饮食营养干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用维生素D.比较两组骨代谢指标、生长发育情况、25(OH)D水平及超声骨密度值.结果 干预后,观察组Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联终肽、骨钙素及骨碱性磷酸酶水平均高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,观察组生长发育情况、25(OH)D水平及超声骨密度值均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 维生素D联合饮食营养干预在矮小症儿童中的应用可促进生长发育,改善骨代谢指标、25(OH)D水平及超声骨密度值,值得临床推广.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application effect of Vitamin D combined with diet nutrition intervention in children with short stature.Methods A total of 110 children with short stature admitted to the Department of Child Health of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from March 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(n=55)and the observation group(n=55)according to the random number table method.The control group was given diet nutrition intervention,and the observation group was combined with Vitamin D on the basis of the control group.Bone metabolism indexes,growth and development,25(OH)D level and ultrasound bone mineral density were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of C-terminal telopeptide region of type Ⅰ collagen,osteocalcin and bone alkaline phosphatase in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the growth and development,25(OH)D level and ultrasound bone mineral density of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Vitamin D combined with diet nutrition intervention in children with short stature can promote growth and development,improve bone metabolism indexes,25(OH)D level and ultrasound bone mineral density,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
