小儿定喘口服液联合雾化吸入治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨小儿定喘口服液联合雾化吸入治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎的临床效果.方法 选取2021年1月至 2023 年 2 月乌鲁木齐市米东区人民医院收治的100 例喘息性支气管炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各 50 例.对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用小儿定喘口服液联合雾化吸入治疗.比较两组临床疗效、不良反应总发生率、临床症状缓解时间及炎症因子水平.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组各临床症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α及白介素-1β水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 小儿定喘口服液联合雾化吸入治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎可显著提高治疗效果,有效改善临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,且具有安全性.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiao'er Dingchuan Oral Liquid combined with atomizing inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods A total of 100 children with asthmatic bronchitis treated in Midong District People's Hospital of Urumqi from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Dingchuan Oral Liquid combined with atomization inhalation.The clinical efficacy,total incidence of adverse reactions,remission time of clinical symptoms and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Dingchuan Oral Liquid combined with atomizing inhalation can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and have safety.
