摘要
目的 探讨系统化喂养管理对早产极低出生体重儿肠道菌群、体格发育及预后结局的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 6 月至 2023 年1月于徐州市贾汪区人民医院出生的 60 例早产极低出生体重儿,按照抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组各 30 例.对照组予以传统喂养管理,观察组予以系统化喂养管理.比较两组肠道菌群、体格发育情况及预后结局.结果 管理后,观察组双歧杆菌及乳酸杆菌数量均高于对照组(P<0.05).管理后,观察组体格发育情况优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎发生率、喂养不耐受发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 系统化喂养管理可改善早产极低出生体重儿的肠道菌群及预后结局,促进体格发育,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of systematic feeding management on intestinal flora,physical development and prognostic outcomes of premature infants with very low birth weight.Methods A total of 60 premature infants with very low birth weight born in People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from June 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to lot method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional feeding management,and the observation group was given systematic feeding management.Intestinal flora,physical development and prognostic outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the number of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the physical development of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis and feeding intolerance in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic feeding management can improve the intestinal flora and prognostic outcomes and promote physical development of premature infants with very low birth weight,which is worth popularizing.
