摘要

目的 分析2019-2021年北京市万寿路社区卫生服务中心儿童维生素A、D水平检测情况.方法 选取 2019-2021年于北京市海淀区万寿路社区卫生服务中心接受计划免疫或儿童保健的 632 名儿童,均进行维生素A和维生素D检测.结果 632 名儿童中,314 名儿童存在维生素A缺乏,占比 49.68%;不同性别维生素A缺乏率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).148 名儿童存在维生素D缺乏,占比 23.42%;不同性别维生素D缺乏率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).不同年龄维生素A缺乏率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).维生素D缺乏率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,6~14岁儿童维生素D缺乏率高于0~<3岁及3~<6 岁儿童(P<0.05).结论 儿童维生素A、D水平普遍缺乏,其中维生素D缺乏率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,6~14岁儿童维生素D缺乏率高于0~<3岁及3~<6岁儿童.应增强儿童家长的认知程度,及早为儿童补充维生素A、D.

Abstract

Objective To analyze vitamin A and D levels in children from Wanshou Road Community Health Service Center of Haidian District of Beijing City from 2019 to 2021.Methods A total of 632 children who received immunization or child health care in Wanshou Road Community Health Service Center of Haidian District of Beijing City from 2019 to 2021 were selected for vitamin A and vitamin D detection.Results Among 632 children,314 children had vitamin A deficiency,accounting for 49.68%.There was no significant difference in vitamin A deficiency rate between different genders(P>0.05).A total of 148 children had vitamin D deficiency,accounting for 23.42%.There was no significant difference in the rate of vitamin D deficiency between different genders(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in vitamin A deficiency rate among different ages(P>0.05).The rate of vitamin D deficiency increased with age,and the rate of vitamin D deficiency in children aged 6 to 14 years was higher than that in children aged 0 to<3 years and 3 to<6 years(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin A and D levels are generally deficient in children,and the rate of vitamin D deficiency increases with age,and the rate of vitamin D deficiency in children aged 6-14 years is higher than that in children aged 0-<3 years and 3-<6 years.It is necessary to enhance the awareness of children's parents and supplement vitamin A and D for children as early as possible.
