醒脾养儿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性肠炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨醒脾养儿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性肠炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2021年4月至2023 年 5 月蒲城县医院收治的150 例急性肠炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 75 例.对照组予以蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以醒脾养儿汤治疗.比较两组临床疗效、不良反应总发生率、临床症状改善时间及炎症因子水平.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组各临床症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6 水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 醒脾养儿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性肠炎的临床效果确切,可缩短临床症状改善时间,改善炎症因子水平,减少不良反应发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingpi Yang'er Decoction combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the treatment of acute enteritis in children.Methods A total of 150 children with acute enteritis admitted to Pucheng County Hospital from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder,and the observation group was treated with Xingpi Yang'er Decoction based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,the total incidence of adverse reactions,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingpi Yang'er Decoction combined with Montmorillonite Powder has definite clinical effect in the treatment of acute enteritis in children,which can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,improve the levels of inflammatory factors and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
