摘要
目的 探讨小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢克肟治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果.方法 选取2021年1月至 2023 年1月平邑县保太镇卫生院收治的 70 例上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组(35 例)与研究组(35 例).常规组采用头孢克肟治疗,研究组采用小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢克肟治疗.比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能指标及炎症因子水平.结果 研究组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组各项免疫功能指标均优于常规组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6 及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于常规组(P<0.05).结论 小儿宝泰康颗粒联合头孢克肟治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果较好,可显著改善患儿免疫功能指标及炎症因子水平.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiao'er Baotaikang Granules combined with Cefixime in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 70 children with upper respiratory tract infection treated in Baotai Town Health Center of Pingyi County from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the routine group(35 cases)and the research group(35 cases)by random number table method.The routine group was treated with Cefixime,and the research group was treated with Xiao'er Baotaikang Granules combined with Cefixime.The therapeutic effect,immune function indexes and inflammatory factors levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function indexes of the research group were better than those of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the research group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Baotaikang Granules combined with Cefixime has good clinical effect in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children,and can significantly improve the levels of immune function indexes and inflammatory factors in children.
