布拉氏酵母菌散联合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果及对肠道激素的影响

摘要
目的 探讨布拉氏酵母菌散联合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果及对肠道激素的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 5 月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的 80 例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40 例)与观察组(40 例).对照组采用赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗,观察组采用布拉氏酵母菌散联合赖氨葡锌颗粒治疗.比较两组治疗效果、肠道菌群及胃肠激素水平.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组乳杆菌、肠球菌属数量高于对照组,真杆菌数量低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组血管活性肠肽、胰高血糖素、神经肽Y水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 布拉氏酵母菌散联合赖氨葡锌颗粒能够有效改善腹泻患儿的肠道菌群、胃肠激素水平,提高治疗效果,临床可推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets combined with Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea and its influence on intestinal hormones.Methods A total of 80 children with diarrhea treated in Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules,and the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets combined with Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules.The therapeutic effect,intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Lactobacillus and Enterococcus in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the number of Eubacterium in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide,glucagon and neuropeptide Y in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets combined with Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules can effectively improve the intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormone levels of children with diarrhea,improve the therapeutic effect,and can be widely used in clinic.
