神经康复仪联合吞咽功能训练在小儿吞咽障碍中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨神经康复仪联合吞咽功能训练在小儿吞咽障碍中的应用.方法 选取 2022 年 2 月至2023 年 5 月山东大学附属儿童医院收治的 82 例吞咽障碍患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)和研究组(n=41).对照组予以吞咽功能训练,研究组予以神经康复仪联合吞咽功能训练.比较两组吞咽功能、生存质量及并发症发生情况.结果 干预后,研究组吞咽障碍结局与严重度量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,研究组儿童生存质量普适性核心量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 神经康复仪联合吞咽功能训练在小儿吞咽障碍中的应用可改善患儿吞咽功能,提高生存质量,减少并发症发生风险,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of neurorehabilitation instrument combined with swallowing function training in children with dysphagia.Methods A total of 82 children with dysphagia admitted to Children's Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=41)and the study group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The control group was given swallowing function training,and the study group was given neurorehabilitation instrument combined with swallowing function training.Swallowing function,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the dysphagia outcome severity scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of pediatric quality of life inventory version 4.0 in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of neurorehabilitation instrument combined with swallowing function training in children with dysphagia can improve the swallowing function,improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
