摘要
目的 探讨重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入辅助治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的效果.方法 选取 2021年9月至2023年2月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的77例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,根据随机信封法分为参照组(38例)与研究组(39 例).参照组给予头孢克洛治疗,研究组在参照组基础上给予重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入辅助治疗.比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分及临床症状消失时间.结果 研究组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组咳嗽、流涕评分均低于参照组(P<0.05).研究组各临床症状消失时间均短于参照组(P<0.05).结论 重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入辅助治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的效果较好,可显著改善患儿临床症状.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of atomized inhalation of Recombinant Human Interferon α1b in the adjuvant treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 77 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the reference group(38 cases)and the study group(39 cases)according to random envelope method.The reference group was given Cefaclor treatment,and the study group was given Recombinant Human Interferon α1b atomized inhalation adjuvant therapy based on the reference group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score and clinical symptom disappearance time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough and runny nose in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of atomized inhalation of Recombinant Human Interferon α1b in the adjuvant treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children is good,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children.
