双重宫腔镜手术系统治疗宫内妊娠组织残留的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨双重宫腔镜手术系统治疗宫内妊娠组织残留的临床效果.方法 选择博兴县第二人民医院 2018年 7 月至 2022 年12 月收治的 72 例宫内妊娠组织残留患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各36 例.对照组给予传统宫腔镜手术治疗,实验组给予双重宫腔镜手术系统治疗,比较两组临床效果.结果 实验组手术时间、术后月经恢复时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组宫腔粘连、宫腔感染总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组宫内妊娠组织残留清除率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 双重宫腔镜手术系统治疗宫内妊娠组织残留可缩短手术时间、术后月经恢复时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,提升清除率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double hysteroscopic surgery system in the treatment of residual intrauterine pregnancy tissue.Methods A total of 72 patients with residual intrauterine pregnancy tissue admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Boxing County from July 2018 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional hysteroscopic surgery,and the experimental group was treated with double hysteroscopic surgery system.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time and postoperative menstrual recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of intrauterine adhesion and intrauterine infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clearance rate of residual intrauterine pregnancy tissue in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The double hysteroscopic surgery system in the treatment of residual intrauterine pregnancy tissue can shorten the operation time,postoperative menstrual recovery time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the clearance rate.
