摘要

目的 探讨不同比例成分大量输血对产后出血患者凝血功能的影响.方法 选取 2018 年 2 月至2023 年 2 月聊城市第二人民医院收治的120例产后出血产妇作为研究对象,均接受大量输血治疗,输注>8 U的红细胞,按照悬浮红细胞∶血浆比例的不同分为观察组(60例,悬浮红细胞∶血浆=1.5∶1)、对照组(60例,悬浮红细胞∶血浆=2.5∶1),比较两组的凝血功能.结果 观察组凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间短于对照组,纤维蛋白原高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 产后出血患者进行大量输血时,悬浮红细胞与血浆输注比例1.5∶1对凝血功能影响较小.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of massive transfusion with different proportions of components on coagulation function in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 120 cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated in the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from February 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All of them received massive transfusion treatment,infusion>8 U red blood cells.According to the different ratio of suspended red blood cells to plasma,they were divided into the observation group(60 cases,suspended red blood cells∶plasma=1.5∶1)and the control group(60 cases,suspended red blood cells∶plasma=2.5∶1).The coagulation function of the two groups was compared.Results The thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,and prothrombin time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the fibrinogen was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ratio of suspended red blood cell to plasma infusion of 1.5∶1 has little effect on coagulation function in the patients with postpartum hemorrhage.
