摘要
目的 探讨全程责任制陪伴分娩联合气囊仿生助产在初产妇中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年7月至2023年6月于菏泽市第六人民医院分娩的122例初产妇,按照随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(61例)采取常规助产,研究组(61例)在其基础上采取全程责任制陪伴分娩联合气囊仿生助产,比较两组产程、阴道分娩情况及助产满意度.结果 研究组第一产程与第二产程短于对照组(P<0.05);两组第三产程比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组阴道分娩率、助产总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 全程责任制陪伴分娩联合气囊仿生助产在初产妇中应用,能够缩短第一产程与第二产程,提高阴道分娩率与助产满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course responsibility accompanied delivery combined with airbag biomimetic midwifery in primipara.Methods A total of 122 primiparas who delivered in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze City from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(61 cases)received routine midwifery,and the study group(61 cases)received whole-course responsibility accompanied delivery combined with airbag biomimetic midwifery on the basis of routine midwifery.The labor process,vaginal delivery and midwifery satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first and second stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The vaginal delivery rate and total satisfaction rate of midwifery in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-course responsibility accompanied delivery combined with airbag biomimetic midwifery in primipara can shorten the first and second stages of labor,and improve the vaginal delivery rate and midwifery satisfaction.
