摘要
目的 探讨低频脉冲治疗仪结合手法按摩对缺乳初产妇母乳喂养情况的影响.方法 选取沂南县人民医院 2020 年10 月至 2022 年10 月收治的112 例缺乳初产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各 56 例.对照组采用低频脉冲治疗仪干预,研究组采用低频脉冲治疗仪结合手法按摩干预,比较两组乳房胀痛程度(VAS)、母乳喂养状况(MBFES)及母乳喂养成功率.结果 研究组产后 3、4 d VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组组内不同时间点VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组干预后MBFES评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组母乳喂养成功率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 低频脉冲治疗仪结合手法按摩可以缓解产妇乳房胀痛,改善母乳喂养状况,提高母乳喂养成功率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with manual massage on breastfeeding of primipara with hypogalactia.Methods A total of 112 cases of primipara with hypogalactia treated in Yinan County People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given with low frequency pulse therapy instrument intervention,and the study group was given with low frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with manual massage intervention.The degree of breast tenderness(VAS)and breastfeeding status(MBFES)and the success rate of breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the study group at 3 and 4 days postpartum were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups at different time points were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the MBFES score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of breastfeeding in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with manual massage can relieve primipara breast tenderness,improve breastfeeding status and increase the success rate of breastfeeding.
