摘要
目的 探讨甲硝唑凝胶联合益生菌治疗孕早期细菌性阴道炎的效果及对妊娠结局的影响.方法 选取 2021年 9 月至 2022 年 9 月阳信县人民医院收治的86例孕早期细菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为对照组和试验组,每组各43例.对照组采用益生菌治疗,试验组采用甲硝唑凝胶联合益生菌治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、妊娠结局与并发症总发生率、阴道pH值.结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良妊娠结局及并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组阴道pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阴道pH值均降低,且试验组阴道pH值低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 甲硝唑凝胶联合益生菌治疗孕早期细菌性阴道炎可改善阴道pH值,减少不良妊娠结局和并发症,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Metronidazole Gel combined with probiotics in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis in early pregnancy and its influence on pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 86 patients with bacterial vaginitis in early pregnancy in Yangxin County People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to odd and even number method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with probiotics,while the experimental group was treated with Metronidazole Gel combined with probiotics.The clinical efficacy,total incidence of pregnancy outcomes and complications and vaginal pH were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vaginal pH between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pH in the two groups decreased,and the vaginal pH in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole Gel combined with probiotics treating bacterial vaginitis in early pregnancy can improve the vaginal pH,reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications,which is worth promoting.
