大黄芒硝外敷对剖宫产术后切口的影响

摘要
目的 探讨大黄芒硝外敷对剖宫产术后切口的影响.方法 选取 2022 年4月至 2023 年 3 月宁津县计划生育妇幼保健服务中心收治的100例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组50 例.对照组剖宫产后接受微波理疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用大黄芒硝外敷治疗.比较两组术后切口愈合情况、产后疼痛程度及术后并发症总发生率.结果 观察组术后切口愈合效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组温哥华瘢痕评估量表评分、视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 大黄芒硝外敷剖宫产术后切口能够促进切口愈合,减轻疼痛,减少术后并发症,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Rhubarb and Glauber's Salt topical application on postoperative incision of cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Ningjin County Family Planning Maternal and Child Health Service Center from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received microwave physical therapy after cesarean section,and the observation group received Rhubarb and Glauber's Salt topical application on the basis of control group.The postoperative incision healing,postoperative pain and the total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative incision healing effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Vancouver scar scale and visual analogue scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rhubarb and Glauber's Salt topical application on postoperative incision of cesarean section can promote incision healing,relieve pain and reduce postoperative complications,which is worth popularizing.
